Kevin Brusie photo by Sharyn Brusie Contributors Kevin Brusie Kevin Brusie ("Listening With" photo, page 72) has a passion for capturing images, and he's photographed many listeners for AudioFile over the years. His goal when creating an environ- mental portrait is an exchange—"I give my vision: lighting, perspective, experience. The subject presents their true self, no façades." More of his work can be seen at kevinbrusie.com. Emily Connelly Assistant Editor Emily Connelly (Sophie Dahl profile, page 33) enjoys working with AudioFile's wonderful team of reviewers. She is a former wildlife biologist, an avid reader, and a parent to two book-loving little kids. Emily first discovered audio- books as a child at her local library and now loves to take her children into the Portland Public Library for armloads of books—and audiobooks, naturally. She is balancing her work coordinating reviewers, managing AudioFile's blog, and con- tributing to AudioFile's podcast with earning an MLIS degree. Traci Currie Jamerican performing artist Traci Currie (Cynthia Farrell profile, page 44) has been reviewing for AudioFile since 2014. She taught communication studies at University of Michigan-Flint for 14 years and worked with youth in the Michigan juvenile system for 7 years. In 2018 she moved to Delaware to pursue other opportunities as an artist-activist. She directs an arts apprenticeship summer program and participates in literary retreats and conferences. Sharon Grover Sharon Grover is a Youth Services and Audiobook Literacy Consultant based in Janesville, Wisconsin. Sharon has collaborated on AudioFile's "Audiobooks for Kids & Teens" (page 19) since its inception. She is a longtime audiobook listener and a member of the Audio Publishers Association's Sound Learning creative team (soundlearn- ingapa.org). She has chaired the Printz (2013) and Odyssey Award (2010) Committees. Sharon's book, Listening to Learn: Audiobooks Supporting Literacy, cowritten with her colleague Lizette Hannegan, was published in 2011. Candace Levy Contributing Editor Candace Levy ("5 Questions with Robin Miles," page 48) is a full-time freelance book editor as well as a book reviewer and journalist. When she's not working, you'll inevitably find her listening to an audiobook while cooking, walking, making lace, or taking photo- graphs. She was honored to be the 2016 Audio Publishers Association's Audiobook Blogger of the Year. Look for her "Take 5 with Candace" column on AudioFile's blog: audiofilemagazine.com/blog/category/take-5.
